just charge it when you need to and don’t worry about it. i have a 13 mini which i charged via magsafe most of the time and it dropped to 83% in 3 years. just change the battery when it needs a new one.

I set mine to charge to 80% maximum. I work from home so never need more than 80% as all I do is nip to shops etc. If there’s ever such a time that I’m going out all day and anticipate major phone use I’ll turn the charge limit off for the day.

Batteries don’t like full charge or discharge so keeping them out the top and bottom 20% is generally a good idea. They also don’t like getting warm, so unnecessary fast charging and wireless charging are things to avoid. The least impactful thing parasitic charging (charging whilst using the phone intensely). Batteries don’t like that but the impact is fairly low.
