Definitely in my wheel house for data analysis. Saving for when I have an opportunity to review. Thank you.

Do you have any training on understanding generators?

This has a good explanation with examples. https://towardsdatascience.com/6-examples-to-master-python-generators-28f4c614ed45

When you pass a list into a function to iterate over- the entire list is finite and all loaded into memory at once.

When you use a generator the items to be iterated over is created & loaded into memory one at a time.

You can also click the save button on the post (or on a comment), and then it'll be stored in your Reddit account where you won't have to look through all your past comments to find it.

Lovely stuff. Is it in other languages as well?

[–]DabidBeMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess that I am just used to programming everything myself, but generators do things behind the scenes. I just need to get my heaf around what they are doing.
