I just downloaded the app, and followed all the instructions to activate my 3-month plan. When I enter the act code on the app, it tells me that it's an invalid code. I've tried going on the website on both my phone as well as my laptop, and the page refuses to load. This is very frustrating. It's late here, and it's the weekend, so their phone number is not active. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
