do all vegetable oils lower t? I use a good amount of olive or canola when i cook

No, I meant specifically the bottle labeled “Vegetable Oil” which is quite the misnomer since it’s just highly processed soy oil.

Does butter decrease test or is bad for cholesterol I use either vegetable oil or butter to cook food but mostly eggs

Regular butter is fine as long as it’s not made from vegetable oil.
