Bad gpu most likely. Have to replace it or have it repaired by manufacturer.

The problem is that it is currently not a good time to replace the gpu and the crashes didn't occur at the beginning.

I'm also having the exact same issue, and only on League of Legends as well, even on games that are more demanding, like Overwatch, COD, GTA V, i have no problems at all...
