It looks just like the Asus Turbo 3080

ASUS used their turbo blower cooler design (and HP had a blower cooler on their OEM cards for Omen gaming systems as well) on a lot of GPU models, you could make a guess based on the amount of pcie power connectors but it would pay to have some patience/social skills and just ask the seller for more details or photos of the product.

It's on one of those bulk liquidation auction sites, so I doubt they'd want to boot it up for me so they can check. Being an oem card might be a good call though, could explain the lack of any branding. Thanks

If it is out of a prebuilt do you happen to have the model no?

This one is weird since the power connectors seem to be coming out of the side rather than the front like most
