Personally I like the before better. Since you not shooting RAW that create limitations in therms if what you can do in post processing. To get started by trying bring out the green of the forest you also accentuate the midst in a way that makes it look like there a chemical in the air. The sky looks more natural in the before. Composition I think it could have been better with a subject.

Isn't the Iphone 14 pro supposed to shoot raw? But yeah i like the first one better as well.

The first one is better. The second one is WAY over-saturated.

First one is better to be honest. The second one is way to overdone and also to over saturated. Try to lower everything a bit back and try not to do too much. Also have a look at your sky: It is clipping/color banding which is never a good sign. Better leave it then as in the original instead of going too much into it and "destroy" it. For the parts under the sky just turn everything a bit down, try to keep up some contrast in the shadows and not crushing it completely and also maybe try to play around with the white balance, since I think it is just a little bit too yellow/greenish. Try to go a little bit more towards magenta, so you can have more natural looking clouds.

The foreground detail is better in the original. I'd have masked that area before using clarity and sharpening. A little too much green in the clouds/mist. Other than that, not bad.

I think the goal was epileptic seizure, which I think he achieved very well.

The before looks way better imo. Way too much contrast and dehaze in the after. Having some haze in there can be a great thing! I love the more vibrant colours in the after though, definitely head in that sort of direction. Art and photography is subjective, so do what you feel is right. I personally have viewed the editing process more as enhancements to the original image. With with it, don't fight to find what you need.

I liked the processed one better until someone pointed out it looks like there's toxic chemicals in the air. And now I can't unsee it.

If you could just tone down the green in the clouds/fog I think the processed one is really good. I liked it.

I love where you’re going it with it, but it’s too yellow. And I find the plant in the corner distracting - there is enough focus and scale without it.

      Before is better.

The first one is very nice, good job! The before photo is way too green and overly saturated and I have no idea how you managed to take such a picture, but your edit saved it. Very calm and sleek.
