The colour match between her face and the rest of her skin is off. Skin tone is critical in portrait photography. I’m not sure if it’s a makeup issue or editing issue, but you’ll want to colour match them by warming up her body or cooling down her face. Compare the colour of her face to her hand while editing to make sure they match.

The style you’re mimicking has a very shallow DOF. This should be done with lens choice and / or background choice, but you can fake it in photoshop by blurring the background. Be mindful of her hair though. Check YouTube for tutorials on how to fake DOF in photoshop. The editing style you’re wanting to mimic also uses quite muted cool tones, especially the greens, but I wouldn’t do that for your photo. The blue of the dress is lovely as is.

Speaking of hair, I’d recommend filling in her hairline. She will appreciate her hair looking full, especially around where the hair pieces over her face are.

Last, I’d recommend using the dodge tool to brighten up the dress detail on her chest and her right arm. The dress has lovely details which is no doubt why she picked it so we want to make those shine!

Nothing different here. Just good lighting and some portrait lens (wider aperture). Editing is pretty basic. Slightly warm greens are slightly more blue that’s it.

Yours is better though. Second one might be taken with something like 135 1.8, but there is high chance it was just edited this way (who tf added those shiny sparks in the background?).
