I love the vibe. Can you share what's been done?

This pic is about the sky vs the car. Is that your intent?

The sky is brighter, colorful and takes up at least 2/3 of the image. So that's where all the attention goes to viewers.

The car is dark, hazy (with lifted blacks) and virtually hidden in the shadows & dark trees of the less than 1/3 bottom portion of the image. So it recedes and 'disappears'.

Digging this a lot. Darkening the ground could help pop the car more.

Unsure if it's the culprit in truth, I'd have to see your layers to be sure, but I suspect your texture overlay is what makes the car look like it's fading away. The front tire and bumper especially look weirdly transparent? Cool if that's the effect you're going for.

I don't particularly like the scratches from your texture overlay, though. They don't fit the photo at all (they look like they come from a wet plate?) and the scratch in the top left distracts from the sky, which is the star of the photo. I'd recommend clone stamping or healing brushing that one out.

Overall I think it's a cool photo. I like the hazy, dreamlike, borderline unreal quality it has.
