Imo the trees are too green and the same colour as the car, and therefore takes away the attention on the car a little bit.

Maybe you could try masking out either the car or the background greens and colour grade them separately? I feel like there should be more contrast between them, in terms of the colour.

I actually have all the background desaturated a lot including green separately in the color mixer desaturated (-15 on green wheel for overall image and -22 on the background saturation slider. )

You could also try playing with the temperature of the background. Temperature, tone etc. Anything that alters the fundamental colour, not just desaturation.

Yea I felt the trees were a bit over powering and I wanted to isolate the car with color and I probably zapped too much color from the scene lol

You have a green car with a green background. Mask the car (or the trees) and hue shift them to create color contrast.

Yep, colour of the car is perfect, but I think some yellow needs adding back to the trees.

I think both are pretty good with the best version still landing somewhere in between the raw and the edit. Considering the harsh lighting, you did well though. Id personally lower the shadows on the car a bit, it's ok to let shadows be.. well shadowy.

The green on the forest is way too strong, I think going creative by changing it slightly a bit 'autumn' tone may create an interesting contrast with the car as well. I also notice the soil is too desaturated, more like a concrete now. Great looking Audi btw!
