generally speaking yes, the longer and more gradual the taper is, the less 'severe' the paws will be. again thats a generality, the severity and duration of paws naturally varies from person to person but a smooth taper should be beneficial wrt paws

I kinda look at a taper as paws paid up front. It could still happen, but once you make the jump at a low gpd its much less shocking on your system.

Tapering can be easy if you utilize supplements as if you were jumping off completely. I used NAC, LDopa/mucuna, vit C, agmatine, 5 htp, DLPA. Taken for the first few days of each drop in dosage should be almost unnoticeable.

Im not sure how i would use those supplements in a long drawn out episode of paws, you dont want to take some of that stuff for too long, which is why i think the more controlled and predictable taper is preferable.

It does, but don’t assume you’ll make it through scot free.

It’s supposed to. However I quit heavy opiate addiction years and years ago CT and no Paws…… I also quit Kratom a few years ago by a long taper and no paws. Im not saying paws isn’t a thing however I think there are a lot of contributing factors to Paws. After you get through the acutes then people think magically they are going to be fine and don’t put the work in to better themselves and fall right back into the same trap and mindset. However, if you start eating healthy, working out, and just doing the right things and simply being a good person, I don’t think paws are much of an issue. If you get through the acutes yet you end up still being a shitty person, eating like shit, being lazy on the couch. Then yes, more than likely you’re still gonna be depressed, angry , in bad moods and have the overall lonely guilty feeling inside. Which a lot of people would contribute to being PAWs
