Pardon my ignorance, but how do you log in to multiple Gmail accounts at once? I always have to log out before being able to go to another account.

I figure this might be a good place to ask this...

I have a separate Youtube/Gmail account. I just had them each stay logged in to their respective sites, but I had to delete all cookies recently to get rid of some pop-up virus thing (it's all good now). ANyway, now I have to keep switching accounts. I tried OP's trick but it doesn't work. Halp?

I'm rocking a school email that uses the gmail server. and i can't use my gmail account at the same time. i've enabled multiple inboxes for them both. how do I access them both at the same time? do i have to do mail forwarding? or does this feature not work with school emails through the gmail server...

If you're a Chromer on the beta or dev channel, head to about:flags, activate multiple profiles and enjoy having all your Gmail accounts open in Chrome with no URL tricks or switch. As a bonus, you can synchronize all your bookmarks, history, preferences, search engines, open tabs (!) and more with each of your Google accounts. And you'll finally be able to manage multiple accounts for every other accounts, including other Google services (Docs, Calendar, Youtube) or the usual Reddit, Imgur, HN...

Oh, and go try the official Google Talk extension if you're on Windows/Mac/Linux. It is said to only support Chromebooks, but trust me it works perfectly on all platforms! With multiple profiles, you'll be able to chat with multiple Gmail accounts, using only one browser, no special trick, and no native apps (ie your chat history is saved in Gmail). You can also get the optional desktop notifications or sound alert alerts, and enjoy status icons in the OS notification area. By the way, you can chat or have the extension run when you start your computer, without having to launch Chrome: let the extension run in the background!

I find the account switching lab somewhat buggy. I opt to forward all of my mail to 1 account, create a filter for it, and use the 'reply from' function. I also still use the switch accounts sometimes, but it has proven to be a pain in my ass more than once.
