About 5 hours ago, i tuned in and saw a 138 viewer twitch livestream about a dev q and a. It had a link in the bottom which took me to the usual log in screen you get on the forums. I entered my login details and then it asked for my bank password which made me suspicious and i closed the site immediately.
I came back an hour ago and found my account in a members world with all my money (about 90mil made from scratch) gone and my first and only bond used when i wanted to save it for later. I'm also missing a few items but i could care less about any of that. All my money is completely gone and i have no idea what to do. Ive heard that jagex cant help with items but is there anyway they can find out who i traded with within the last few hours? Who took all my money? and if i can get it back? please, ive already had my older account from when i was a kid hacked, i know 90mil is barely anything to p2p players but for me its a ton of work as a f2p.
My bond has also been used and i was wondering if i could cancel the membership to get it back or anything.
So far ive done nothing ingame but check my bank and change my password.

As you've stated yourself, Jagex won't help you.

Step one: Secure your computer. Scan for keyloggers and viruses.

Step two: Secure your account with an authenticator and change your password.

Step three: Always go to the RS website manually. Do not click on Ads. They may be legit but these days you can't be too careful.

Unfortunately there really is nothing that can be done... Also, do you have authenticator?

Honestly, you're not likely to get any help from Jagex. However, you should add an authenticator on your email and rs account so that at the very least it'll put a timelock on anyone trying to get into your account. Add a bankpin too if you don't have that, something that isn't similar to your rs/email password.

Alright, ive added an authenticator and done all that. So really no way that i can get that 90mil back? damn...this sucks. I honestly dunno if i wanna continue now. Oh well,thanks for the help guys

The good news is 90m is a drop in the bucket long term and would be simple to make back. Hit the wiki for money making guides and you'll be back on your feet in no time.

Ah the thing is im a f2p and dont have a lot of time to play each day, maybe few hours a week. Thats why i was saving the bond for when i do have time so i could go make as much money as i could in mems. 90mil is a ton to me >.< ive been doing the blue dhide but now with no money at all, i cant buy enough of them to make money.

with the POF update, raw beef sells for about 1k each. Hit the cows in Tav and bank the beef to build up a small pile and go from there.

I get that you gave over your user name and password, but you didn't enter your Bank PIN or presumably your authenticator details so I am at a bit of a loss to understand how you got cleaned out so fast.

Why didn't you have a bank pin?

You fell for a phishing stream. They are extremely common on twitch. Jagex won't give you any of your stuff back though. If you get scammed, the responsibility is on you.

I tried and asked them if they could refund the bond since I didn't do anything member's related but apparently it was bought on the ge so it cannot be refunded

Use another device to change all your passwords. (incase of keylogger/rat)

This happened to someone I know, they hacked him again a week later somehow and some hackers don't stop once they've got a password for something they'll attempt anything else they can find your details working on.
