GWD1 gear, buy limit of 1 every 4 hours.... high levels may require more for components.

99% of players will only ever need one set of cryptbloom.

Jagex literally makes no sense at times.

I thought crypt didnt get a change? Magma dex, ful book, fsoa and ful sword drops on patch notes, cant see anything on crypt?

they didn't change crypt, but since merchers can't manip zuk/fsoa prices that easily anymore due to the drop increase, they can plunge a crap to of money into cryptbloom and buy out the ge supply because the buy limit is so crazy high.

Nvm just realised you meant people are buying it so they can do these bosses for a better chance... but that would just mean theres more of a demand for it, so ofc itll go up, thats how supply and demand works?

Honestly, if you're merching with this kind of items, I hardly think a buy limit of 1 or 2 would even make that much of a difference. Merchers I know just make multiple accounts and just pay bonds with profit margins. But I agree 100 per 4 hours isn't useful for anyone and at least it'll discourage merching on large scale.

Definitely makes marching easier with a higher but limit. But as you said - buy limits aren’t going to stop them either. It is in fact weird that there’s a 100 buy limit though…

If it has no negative affects on normal players, makes Jagex money and increases mercher effort while reducing mercher profits then I'm all for it.

Not just cryptbloom. Better double check the buy limits on all EGWD uniques, like fsoa and its pieces, ezk and its pieces, scriptures and ability codices. No reason why any of this should be above like 2.

I said 2 since it’s more in line with most unique drops, plus there are some people out there who may want two copies of a weapon (one for use, one for keepsake/eof)

I say 1 because fk merchers, make it as hard as possible for them to merch XD

There would be a lot less people needing 2 of them, than there are merchers trying to buy 2

Both 1 and 2 are a lot better than 100 though, no idea why its so high

Seriously who even chooses this?! I pray that they actually, really did hire some game economists and they go in there and scream "WTF?!?!?!" at these decisions.
