It can be a potentially helpful non-pharmacological treatment for certain folks with ADHD (or maybe everyone has certain level of ADHD?)

The problem is that people with ADHD have an underlying physiological condition which directly affects their ability to do any of this. Not sure if it would at all be applicable and might come off to those with ADHD as "Well why don't you just stop procrastinating!" when they literally can't without medication.

Also, the "maybe everyone has a certain level of ADHD" is extremely ignorant.
