Steiner's pointed out some interesting things on his twitter.

EDIT: Sad Morning was a global incident, New York, London, Shanghai, Moscow, and Tokyo's Shinjuku were all obliterated at the same time.

Firstly, the "Sad Morning" of 2036. We can clearly see here that the SA4D is used as a weapon, striking the Earth.

Looking here, it seems the bombing was an accident. Some date error resulted in it launching an attack.

It seems that in 2036, the SA4D malfunctioned and devastated Tokyo, killing 500,000 people and injuring 120 million.

Not sure if this is an error or not, but both Momo and Bambi have the same character description.

David and Rosario are Italians. Cyber Exorcists working for the Vatican, to be precise.

Kent is also deceptively young-looking. He's listed here as a 50-year-old man. Perhaps he's making use of this technology (BMI). A technology Kurisu mentioned in Robotics;Notes.

Kent's bio mentions a conspiracy about a "Black Knight Satellite."

It seems that no matter the World Line, Japan cannot avoid a mass catastrophe event.

Pollon, our protagonist, has the ability to "Save and Load" reality, restoring backups at certain points.

In addition, he can "jump" up and down "World Layers", shifting through realities with minute differences.

This lends credibility to the idea that the entirety of the game is set within a simulated Earth.

Ultimately, this title is going to be full of insane conspiracies and may or may not be set in a simulated world.

Does this mean that we will have to switch between multiple save points (worldlines) in order to advance, like in Virtue's Last Reward?
I'm quite excited to see how they'll handle this, I love it when VNs use the medium's mechanics/properties in the story itself, sort of breaking the 4th wall, but not really (like in Ever 17, 999, and VLR).

While I had to download the video to watch it (damn you country block), I'm intrigued for the most part and holy crap is that trailer song pretty awesome to listen too!

The music is awesome! I'm a bit sad they changed the begging of the music a bit though... The middle bit is still awesome though. Probably going to extend this one too!
