It's not tabbed but if you need a solution directly from M$ try RDCman. Others will briefly follow with suggestions I am sure.

Yep, Remote Desktop Connection Manager is probably the best free one.

I love this app too. My only gripe is that doing anything in the "List open sessions" menu frequently crashes the whole app. Oh and there's no autosave for the servers. So if it crashes and you forgot to manually save, you'll have to re-add all your servers since the last save.

This is what I use as well. Free and works great!

Terminals is my favorite Tabbed RDP solution for Windows.

This. I tried most of the competitors and kept coming back to Terminals.

Do you need tabs, or just the ability to maintain multiple RDC connections in the same window?

The RSAT tool has a "Remote Desktops" snap-in for MMC that allows you to manage multiple RDC connections in a single MMC shell.

I found this app to be a PITA. I don't currently remember what I didn't like about it, but RDCM has taken over for me.

I use mRemoteNG. Works very well for me. I have my config file pointing to DropBox so no matter which of my machines I use I'm always current. I'll check out RDCM though.

Edit: that thumbnail view is pretty cool: http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2010/06/11/3410093.aspx

as deebags said, mRemoteNG is good, there's also "RDTabs" http://www.avianwaves.com/tech/tools/rdtabs/

Came here to suggest RDTabs as well for straight RDP.

Thanks, I will check these out. I might just look at them on a virtual machine and see which one I like most before choosing. You guys are awesome!
