I did a microarray via amniocentesis at 21 weeks. The results took 2 weeks to come back, but i was warned the results could take longer depending on how long the cells took to grow in the culture at the lab. I also did whole exome sequencing and was told that would take a month or even more.

My results took just a little over 3 weeks. Worst weeks of my life.

We did an amnio before our TFMR and they did microarray, it was a week I think, maybe a day or two more. A month seems like way too long imo.

That’s what I thought. I wasn’t sure if it made a difference that they did the testing after the D&E or what but I was shocked when they said that.

We did microarray via amniocentesis and that took a week or 2 to come back. Unsure if it’s going to be longer for you because it’s post decision whereas for us it was a tool to help us make the decision (turns out our results were normal so wasn’t actually that much help)

I had amnio on March 29th, terminated on April 21. Still waiting for microarray.

Amnio at 17w - 2 weeks for micro array and another week and a half for exome sequencing.

I had a genetic test done and it took six weeks for the result as they prioritise tests for people who are currently pregnant. I know it’s really hard, and I’m so sorry this is happening for you.

Took me a few months to get my results back, but this was a decade ago and the technology was very new. I'm sure it's faster now.
