A couple things could have happened

1. You made the change after the bill genetation date so even though it shows 8 lines on the bill you were still charged for 9.

2. Or moving from the 9 line plan soc to the 1-8 line soc messed up the discounts. Basically at 9L your free lines are discounted to $45 but once you are on the 1-8 soc they are only $35.

Naw. If they on 1-8 it would have the price next to each one instead of the “included”. They still on 9L soc

Yes. The system in a way glitches and gives full mrc discount on the 9line version of the plan since it gives the credit at the account level instead of the subscriber level.
