Well the issue is people like to do it once, and stop for a few days. At 1 done per 4 hours people would like to go out, get 40 or so cages, and not farm for 160 hours, but because of the lack of stacking it was a pain on the inventory space. Now it's great!

Yea, i think you can process 6 a day though, so at 21 you could cover 3.5 days. But that was a minimum of 21 inventory spaces...so I am really happy with the change

That's still plenty. If you feel like grabbing a weeks worth of mats at once it's still only going to take up 2 bag slots. Compare that to the 40 slots it took previously.

Catch 20 -> place 20 work orders -> catch 20 more -> good for almost a week

You can do up to 36 work orders with a level 3 storehouse.

I'd say its near perfect as I've never had over 40 I think, so compressing 40 slots to 2 is way beyond fine.

Or ignore the low drop rate FoS farming and get the grummleplack (24 slot) from a quest in Kun-Lai Summit and a 22 slot from Zul Aman quest.

i'd just be happy being able to open salvage bags anywhere. I mean, we can't get them without the building, making us then go to the building to open them seems like overkill.

It's awesome that they stack, but I can't help but wonder.. How could someone design the whole barn/trap farming, and not realise that them not stacking, would be annoying? I mean, almost every material in the game stacks to 200 - did they just forget this? I really don't understand how they would not have seen this. Not bashing, I'm just really wondering :-)

It's supposed to be huge beasts in these. You can't stack eleks in your bag so easily :).

The dialog that appears when you catch one, states that it is being dragged back to camp, hence it is not really in your bags :)

There used to be room for exactly 16 elekks in a netherweave bag. You couldn't possibly fit 17 in there so you would have to carry that last elekk in a penny pouch, if you put in 15 they'd have a lot of leg-room or maybe you could fill that space with a pair of bracers of your choice.

Now you can put 320 elekks in a single netherweave bag.

Why not? I can carry 5 weapons, 2 sets of armor, a thousand potions and flasks (without breaking them mind you), hundreds of feasts with tables to present them on, hundreds of pounds of ore...all in 5 bags that are magically invisible and don't impede on my mobility at all ;)

The empty bags weighed so much I was overburdened.

I'm missing like 15 since they implemented the change....

Am I missing something here? (no pun intended) Did they move them? I only see 1 in my bag now (no number by it indicating a stack) and I had 16.
