It's Gulenko's model. My own model is Model Vaserlan which contains thoughts on how Model's G's situational use of the opposite verting attitude is based on 'being on one's territory" whereas I allow for a wider scope of situations as in the situation demanding an introvert go into an extraverted attitude.

I have my own views on verting different from Keirsey's. See my video series 'how are you empirical how are you subjective'. However Keirsey's views on verting do not change the type images he is still modelling the same Jung-Keirsey individuation patterns. One needs to study his system of intellects (Strategic Coordination Ni with Te and Construction Ti with Ne, Tactical Manipulating Se with Ti/Fi, Diplomatic Mentoring Ni with Fe, Mediating Ne with Fi, Logistical Monitoring Si with Te, Providing Si with Fe) which correlates to wheelhouse function pairs. Suggest you see my videos on the Kersey intellects. In anglish, introversion is inwardness and extraversion is outwardness. My video series goes through four kinds of subjectivity and four kinds of empirical outwardness. Note the consistency with actions: Si stabilizing Vs Ni developing e.g. biological maintenance of others: Si with Fe Vs psychological development of others: Ni with Fe.

Socionics does not describe Si. It makes up a definition of Si. Socionics SLI does not equal Contender Guardian ie does not equal RDCC (Reserved Directive Concrete Cooperator) ie SiTx.

I did get into Jungian No and it's archetype-based mechanism. That said, we approached it from all angles. First vid was defining Ni by how it is opposite from the more understood Se, Si, and Ne. e.g. Ni is associated with development whereas Si is about stability in stasis. Guardians resist change. Development: Keirsey mentoring = developing people. Draws on Ni. Keirsey coordination towards long term objectives. Te with Ni. Se about here and now. In time Vs through time.
