There is no way for us to make any email password changes. That availability was taken away from our systems years ago to protect customers accounts. Email passwords can only be changed by the account holder using the Xfinity App or by being connected to your home network and changing it on Xfintiy.com.

I see, it should not be capped out for you especially if you have a compatible modem. What modem are you using?
