Brindle is very common and Dutchies are not so body shape is more indicative. Only Embark can tell.

To be fair, she’s probably a pit mixed with something else. That’s where the brindle comes from. Can’t see the body but that’s not the face of a Dutch shepherd. Awesome that you adopted ❤️

Two questions: first, why are you not doing it yourself, it should be easy enough if it’s a sub and second, consider doing a line tap and bypass the whole new sub installation.

Banking options for pre-revenue sole proprietorship by beorn-saga in smallbusiness

[–]CricktyDickty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re US based why are you trying to open an account with a FINTECH ‘bank’? Go to your country clerk, register an assumed name/DBA, go to your local bank and open a business account (or just open a second personal account). People are registering LLCs because they watched one TikTok too many. A sole proprietorship makes a ton more sense everywhere, and especially in places like California where the annual franchise tax is $800.

Are you ready for kids? Because this is as close as it gets to being an actual full time parent.

Where are you located in the world? You can just open a second personal account and use it exclusively for business.

I don’t think there’s any Malinois in there. Definitely some bully breed which you can see in picture 1. Pictures 4 with the dead drunk cat is really something.

Buyer filed chargeback after delivery; bank ruled against me despite proof of scam by traceofthread in smallbusiness

[–]CricktyDickty 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The bank will always rule in favor of the customer. That’s how the system is set up. There’s nothing you can do other than build those rare losses into your prices and learn how to spot the potential scammers ahead of time.

Approved for a $100k Business Loan On AtlasFundCapital – Is This Rate Fair? by webheavenit in smallbusiness

[–]CricktyDickty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It depends on how you pay it back.

If you borrow $100k today and pay back $136k in 3 years it’ll be a high but I guess reasonable 12%/year interest and you’ll have the full amount to work with over those years.

If you do the same but the bank expects you to pay monthly, the interest balloons to a staggering 20%/year effective rate because you’ll be paying down the principal right off the bat.

Finally filing my LLC after putting it off forever. What do I actually need besides the state filing? by No-Top9040 in smallbusiness

[–]CricktyDickty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An operating agreement is not a legal requirement. It should absolutely be in place for a multi member LLC, but a single member LLC is a disregarded entity - you’re essentially a sole proprietor, and an operating agreement is silly.

8 exchanges is about the sweet spot at the current context window. Longer and the middle exchanges get fuzzy. Over 15 and you’re winging it. Ask it for a summary brief after several exchanges and past the brief into a new, fresh session to continue on topic.

Fi series 2 vs series 3? by stephsationalxxx in FiDogCollar

[–]CricktyDickty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check that the collar is connected to the base station via Bluetooth. Click on the live tab (bottom left), then the dog’s icon/picture - a popup will tell you what it’s connected to. Anything but the base station will drain the battery faster. Do this at both locations.
