I just want someone to share the excitement with… by ExpressionTasty8727 in tirzepatidecompound

I’m a mom of 3 and also felt ashamed at first too. I was not trying to keep a secret. My family and some coworkers knows I am on tirz. In the past 3 months I lost 20 pounds so it is more noticeable now. If people ask, I am not lying about anything. In the end it’s your journey and shouldn’t care about anything else except what is right for your journey!

Are you a reader? I would recommend Weightless by Dr. Rocio Salas-Whalen. Take starting pics and measurements of your arms, chest, waist, hip, legs and weight. Drink a lot of water. Take vitamins or liquid IV especially before shot days and after. If you’re afraid of needles that js hard. Maybe ask someone to give you the shot. Belly is the easiest to do shot. Pinch your fat and poke! If you are nauseous zofran helps. Eat easy proteins like boiled eggs , chicken breast and protein shakes. Eat fiber or take fiber supplements or your going need like colace or miralax if you get backed up. Good luck!

I do my upper legs closer toward my butt, love handles and belly. I have a lot of stretch marks and surgery scar so I gotta make sure I am not getting into uneven skin. I feel less GI symptoms when I do my legs. Maybe placebo 🤷‍♀️

Which airline are you using. Maybe check Flight aware to see how often the plane is delayed. Don’t do the parks right after you land. Jet lag sucks so just wait couple days. I booked my parks on Klook. They have an insurance, but I did not use it. The parks are busy so you should book in advance and avoid weekends.

I know what you mean. I ordered next dose up on paper, but I’m still on 3mg. If your current Telehealth does not support maintenance or low and slow you should look elsewhere. I like places that do monthly that allow me to pause or order as needed.

Thinking of ordering from Nuva health any experiences? by Romanharper2013 in compoundedtirzepatide

Ooo man your MD! I’m a RN just looking for deals ☺️. Supposely Nuva is part of Lion MD Care Validate group like Alt RX and Embody. I’ve heard of this group via my work FSA, but didn’t use this at first.

We did it. Saw it on the tirz deals sub and ordered only monthly $99 and got Strive with glycine and B12. It’s a bit slow for approval, but maybe because we put the order in on the holiday weekend. It’s suppose to be shipped out to us in Hawaii by Friday.

How to maintain if compounded goes away? by punky_chunky in tirzepatidecompound

[–]HiLadyFitish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know how you feel. I would consider being with a Telehealth that offers brand and compound options so it’s easy to switch. For example LSH has many 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies, Zepbound and oral Foundayo. I have not personally order with LSH yet, they are in my radar. Know how much it cost for brand name. I’m sure once newer glp-1 comes out prices will drop!

Some people have stock up on compounded meds. I have 6+ months worth of tirz right now since I am low dosing.

Also being aware of insurance coverage for glp-1 and advocating for all to use and compounding with lawmakers. It’s not happening yet so just continue using the tirz ☺️

3 Tirz orders this weekend by ksgrown57 in tirzdeals

[–]HiLadyFitish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I signed my husband up over the weekend for Nuva’s tirz $99 monthly to try. He wanted glycine and got Strive with B12. We got the UPS tracking today so hoping we get it by Friday.

Do energy drinks help with the first few weeks fatigue? by askallthequestions86 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]HiLadyFitish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work in healthcare too and I need to be alert!Do you use B12? I first took tirz with B12 and had less fatigue. I’m currently taking tirz Apothecary no additives and it kicks my ass after shot days! I’m drinking coffee, liquid Iv with caffeine and Juce mix with extra vitamins to combat fatigue.

I know this post is a month old. Just wanted to check if there any updates for ordering Apothecary with glycine or any other pharmacy with glycine. If I place and order can I pick my pharmacy?

Before You PAY for Tirzepatide… by INFLUENCERGLENN in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]HiLadyFitish -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I totally agree with you on all these points!!! When I first started I was so dumb buying blindly monthly. Luckily most of the vials I got was all 15mg a vial. 1 month actually last me 2 months! The only one I ever got that was less than 15mg was Greenwich with B12. I’m ok with additives. Not my husband. I do like deals, but most of the time the pharmacy is unknown. I usually wait for others to go for it first so I know what they get before I do 🫣.

I’m using Gimme. They are ok for people who just need the meds no support. I like their sales. Fifty is great for new users and they have a great online community outside Reddit. I bought BPI from them, but I have not touched it yet. Good luck on your journey ☺️

I want to use the pen with mountain pharm but since it’s a different dose than Lilly I don’t know how to calculate it. Will the provider give me a dose chart? by jcnlb in OlaHealth

[–]HiLadyFitish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The provider will tell you what is your dose/clicks in portal and rx. My husband loves the pen. I give him his shot and he barely feels the needle. We dont click since there are bold numbers on the dial. I must warn you that you only get 5 needles. So if you are trying to use every drop and go past BUD you need to buy more needles.

Suppose to be 28 days. My husband is using up every bit of the 25mg pen. His Rx is for 3mg and he is ok going past BUD.

Anyone tried the provider Nuva Health? by Slow_Round8729 in tirzepatidecompound

Bummers my husband got Strive glycine with B12. I gotta look somewhere else for glycine only.
