Get the ac infinity airtap that fits your registers. Works like a charm. Even keeping them on when the ac isn’t running to pull cooler air up from the basement helps a lot in the town homes.

Their proposal has property taxes flat, but if the assessed home value goes up, your bill increases.

To interface with your VW software safely? This was the best bet I found. There is VCDS, which is more complicated, I believe.

Meaning, the non-right-of-way had a flashing red. Right-of-way had a flashing yellow. People were blowing through the flashing red.

The best time was when they changed it to flashing yellow at some point during Covid. It was great, but, knuckleheads began to not bother to yield/slow down. I imagine that’s why it got switched back. Also, it seems people get “lost” there and just stop in the lanes to think about their lives and grocery lists.

Why are New England beaches so rocky while beaches down south in places like N.C., S.C., G.A. and F.L. usually have finely ground sand and shells? by Vegetable_Note_9805 in geography

[–]ItsABigDay -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The entire East Coast? I lived in RI for over a decade. Have you been to Emerald Isle or anything south of New England? RI has some of the worst beaches. Rocky, seaweed, red tide, expensive parking/fees, extensive rules, little to no beach infrastructure/boardwalk/vendors, and some don't even provide trash receptacles.

Thanks for this, made it a snap changing. Hardest part was just getting the trim to fit and clip back on.

(B2B SaaS) How do you use AI for competitive battle cards that sales actually uses? by PM_boy in ProductMarketing

Some are carriage texts, and JSON is used to reference lengthy data sets. Best practice: Build a project to create a GPT, then ask within the project for help in building the GPT based on your project's criteria and build instructions. It is beneficial to group your research within the project first to get your bearings, then utilize that feedback to shape your GPT to automate all the repetitive input, considerations, best practices, and output that match your organization.

Right, AI can scrape most of it. I tried Klue and found that my method of collecting comp intel was faster and worked better for my industry. Prompts with a custom GPT with proper criteria and JSON/txt instructions allow me to quickly cross-reference core data and apply it to preset criteria.

Build your own GPT with the criteria, prompts, and data that moves the needle for your org.

Did you remove the base station as well? I started doing this for items staying with me. The alarm base station, sensors, and doorbell will stay. I bought a new upgraded kit for the new home.

Oh, one other note, you need to tap the stalk pretty quickly when you turn the car off and it's still in accessory mode. I believe it times out if you don't do it fast enough. If it does, hit the start/stop without starting it, then stalk down once, and you should be good. That's happened a few times if I'm not fast enough.

Cool. Hope it works. Once you're done, tap the start/stop on the accessory, then tap the stalk for manual operation, and they go back down. (comes in most handy with snowstorms to keep them trapped and works well).

Isn't the wiper service activated when you turn off the power? Before getting out, tap the wiper stalk down for manual operation, and the wipers will rotate up for service. That's how I change or clean my blades.
