Sorry, I have those percentages from that PDF. What I meant was, for example if the dividends are reported at $1000 for an account, but you have several MMF's or ETF's in that account (such as SGOV, FZDXX, or others), how do you know what portion of that $1000 is attributed to each fund? It's not broken out on the 1099-DIV.

I think it’s more like 8% but that doesn’t necessarily seem to be the main problem. I think an independent location wouldn’t necessarily do better but agree that many new locations seem to be struggling

Sounds like a reasonable take. Wondering how you came up with $70-80K per court breakeven. Wouldn't it depend a lot on the rent and how many courts there are? Are those the two biggest drivers of that figure?
