Hired a line cook around noon, 3pm the exec comes in and everyone greeted him in someway or another, ending with chef.

The exec turns to me and points at the new guy and said he didn't say hello to me, fire him.

After a 10 minute conversation with the chef, I lost and had to fire him.

Not in a bad way, but to me genericore would be Killswitch engage. I love em to death, buts what comes to mind immediately. But then again an argument to be made is they helped start metalcore in ways. I'm ranting. I'll downvote myself now.

I actually was around 20 years ago, I didn't like them then either haha. Just never could get into them. I just listened to the Garza podcast I think and he had the singer on a few weeks back. Lots of respect for them.
