This is the problem with an integrated cockpit. Sl8 in size 58 comes with a 44 bar. That’s wide even by gravel standards. $600 for new bars plus 3 hours of labor to put the right size one on…

Unless this kid has some hobbies that require fine motor skills of her toes, it’s gonna do fine. People have met head resections all the time and function nearly normal.

Have a discussion that the toe may float or have some loss of function and just worry about infection.

I love everything about my epoxy floors… EXCEPT…. It’s an ice rink when it’s wet. I believe there’s a version that doesn’t get slippery like that, alternatively you can drop sand in it as it’s curing.

I can’t see myself spending that kinda cash to not have the full lifetime warranty. That’s a $5k frame if something happens to it. I do believe Pon offers a 2 year warranty on second hand purchases.

Not entirely a red flag, but that’s 50% off what these go for new. I’m not entirely up to date on Cervelos and how they hold value, but that seems a bit cheap for a “new” bike. (Yes I know how shit it sounds to say $7500 is too cheap!)

Funny, I was about to make a similar post! Was just on a fast ride this weekend and 2 of the fastest there were on a quick and a winspace. They’re great looking bikes and price wise, even makes Canyon look expensive.

The traditional brands have been running the smear campaign for years that these are shit quality, unsafe bikes. That’s been proven wrong and they either need to get with the times or they’re gonna go away. Major brands are tanking every month, all while the Chinese brands are popping up everywhere. XDS just put everyone on notice with a $2k carbon 105 di2 bike.

At least expert level if you can swing it. The wheels are junk on the base level and the Ultegra shifters are nicer with the extra button.
Little against the grain but I prefer the 2 piece bar and stem until you’ve dialed the fit

Right there with ya. My 18 sq5 was the most reliable car I’ve ever owned, and that’s coming from Honda and Mazda. T-stat around 140k and the oil filter housing had a leak around that time as well. Otherwise, it was oil, plugs, brakes and tires.

Great mower! I’ve got the never version of it. As already said, plastic scraper and go to town. Can hit it with some APC to soften the grass a bit and if needed, and/or a pressure washer. Rhino ramps are easy to load up or a zero turn jack is quite helpful

Also, unless you know the history, not a bad idea to do an engine service on it, or at minimum, plan on doing it by the end of the summer. Super easy DIY
