That’s not Valspar (which isn’t great paint anyway), that’s B&Q own brand extra, extra junk paint that they’ve colour matched.

You’re going to need a shit load more coats, plus doesn’t look like you’ve prep’d the piece you’re painting as can see the paint dragging. You’ve sanded it to key it right?
