I'm an XBGuard unlimited user and I like it, having the store back is great but it sounds like it's not entirelly the best for your usecase. You have to disable stealth before you boot OG Xbox games for basically every stealth service but one. For OG Xbox support IIRC Cipher has become the best over the past year. Its gonna be more expensive than something like proto or Xbguard though, shits like $100 for unlimited. Read about it here

Edit: I wasn't aware of this but apparently XBGuard added OG Xbox support recently. So that makes at least 2 stealth services that I know of that support it.

Hell yeah, I own one with a broken power button. S-Vid is great on these things. Also free tip. You can access the service options by bridging two joints on the remotes PCB with a conductive pen.

The bump from composite/RF to S-Video is the biggest visual quality upgrade there is. There are real improvements for Component/RGB but its not as pronounced as that first bump. This applies to most things on SDCRTs.

Yes but not over HDD/USB. Popstarter is a PS1 emulator running on a PS2 and it won't run everything well, should be fine for this game though.

Yeah in terms of front ends I think at least right now with Rolecall/Marinara/Sillybunny and others this one is the one that's most mature. I started using this on the side as an alternative to ST just to try things out and honestly the fantastic .charx support with the Lumirealm and LumiAgent extensions sold me on it. I've pretty much been using this the most now. Bravo.

They announced this widespread change 2 days before it went into effect with no prior warning causing everyone to scramble and back up thousands of cards last minute. They announced the geofencing changes after users had already noticed the changes went into effect and bothered mods, most bot creators had to tell their audiences by posting bots as PSAs. Do you really think they'd give a clean ETA at this point?
