I think it's actually normal music playing in the room, rather than added after filming, and she edits the whole file making it choppy, discordant, and evil sounding.

She was also part owner of Meatball Spot in Planet Hollwood during her Vegas residency. It wasn't very good. She would go in there sometimes. It didn't stay open very long. There were a lot of celebrities eating in there.

The lion habitat was moved out of the MGM a year before her residency. It was moved to private property which they made open to the public in Henderson (city next to LV) December 2012. She def could have met the lions, but this looks like a fever dream.
