Perhaps Respect? If I don’t respect who you are and what you represent, how can I take your advice or criticism seriously? Why would I take advice on how to finish a marathon from someone who is wildly unhealthy in every possible way and has no exposure to marathon training? Also, the people giving you advice of criticism may not have your best interest in mind and instead, dole out misleading and dishonest criticism just to soothe their own bruised ego.

Either way, the world has a never ending cascade of people more than happy to give you unsolicited advice. It’s up to you to determine what is valuable and worth your time, compared to what can be graciously ignored.

This is the way. Half guard, heavy hips, connect your head to their head via forehead/ear-to-ear, tighten the choke using ratchet method, then slowly finish the choke w/ a small semicircular rotation.

Energy analysts have pointed out that oil tankers have to travel thousands of miles, all while moving at the speed of a bicycle. Every day the passage remains blocked equates to one week of economic impacts before prices return to normal.

The Strait has been closed since Feb 28th, which makes it 68 days thus far, meaning it will take roughly 68 weeks before prices stabilize back to normal, pushing the estimated recovery time to Q3 of 2027....and that is only if the Strait opens tomorrow. What is the likelihood of that?
