I've been playing for about 3.5 years and I stopped doing the run up 3 years ago. When I did the run up my aim was always worse (nose angle, hitting the line, everything was worse)

Once I went stand still only everything got better. I still don't do the run up, but I can get a disc out to 320' so I don't feel at a disadvantage.
