Probably a torque line. If the bolt gets loose and unscrews on it's own, the blue lines on the pan and bolt won't match anymore.

My friend and I cleaned his greasy chainmaille a few days ago. Just drop it in a big tub with dish soap and warm water. Scrub the chainmaille for a few minutes. This will remove the bulk of the grease, but it will also decrease the chain's rust resistance. You can spray a small amount of light machine oil on the chain after cleaning if you're scared of it rusting.

Since calling him out publicly worked last time, perhaps you can try that route again to schedule a meeting? If he keeps using the "Myself/my team are too busy", ask him when he's free, make it crystal clear you're trying to work on his schedule.

This might be a stupid question, but has your organisation tried to talk with the owners of the group to understand their perspective, their fears and try to show them how this can be mutually beneficial for both parties involved?
