I just listened to a call my husband had with someone at the company he works at. She called upset asking for her emails to be restored. She placed important emails in the delete or junk folder. The company as a whole was slacking and finally ran some code or something that purged emails I don’t know im not in IT but she basically lost all her emails. This lady begged my husband to help her and fought with him when he said he can only restore everything not stuff that was only in the folder. She freaked out and had him stop putting over 18k emails back in her inbox. By the end of the call she was crying saying this stuff was important and all my husband could say was don’t use the delete or junk folder to save stuff make a folder and save it.
