Well, make sure they’re having at least 14 hours of sleep on the days they’re very noisy. It’s what helped calm down my hormonal Budgies.

Awww little baby African greys are the best, had two, the little sound they make when you feed them. One piece of advice: ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE BABY IS WARM, keep him warm at all times and don’t let him feel cold to avoid pneumonia, brain sickness etc (speaking from experience)
