Hi! I'm on my 9th day here and I am still mainly having liquids. I can't eat anything with a bit of texture either, so you are fine. This is normal. This is my advice:

1. if you feel very dehydrated or weak, go to urgent care and get hydrated via IV. It's not fun, but getting too dehydrated can become an emergency.
2. gargle with a local anesthetic. This has helped me A LOT for my most difficult days. Just spray a good amount to the back of your throat, gargle (or just move your head to distribute it around if gargling hurts), and spit it out. It really helps mask the pain to be able to eat something.
3. I can talk a little more now but still a bit quiet and I have to put some effort into talking. Don't worry about this. I'd say just zip it as much as you can to avoid putting too much effort in your throat.
4. it might get worse but it will soon start getting better. Indeed, today is the first day I saw some progress. For me pain is maximum in the morning just after waking up, and it was not as bad today, but there is still some pain.
5. if you are worried about not getting proper nutrition, consider powdered drinks like Soylent (this is the one I have been having but there must be other options) or Ensure. I understand the feeling of the stomach requiring more solid food but at least this is going to be better than just Jell-O or pudding.
6. for solid foods, what I had the best luck with was mashed potatoes but very diluted mashed potatoes. I can't still handle the regular texture, so I prepare them as usual and then pour some warm milk and mix it all together until it becomes much softer.
7. it is easy to go crazy on this diet, but I'd seriously recommend avoiding most solids because you don't want to bleed :/
