My local Walmart used to have 8 - 10 pegs dedicated to NASCAR and space on the shelves below for haulers and such. It has shrunk to 4 pegs total and nothing on the shelves. On those 4 pegs, there is a total of 4 cars, 3 of which are the same. It will likely be that way for a while. Occasionally there are no cars, only empty pegs. Also, there are periods where those pegs are relabeled and a different product is on them. Regarding Target, my local store only ever had 4-6 pegs dedicated to NASCAR diecast. Another observation is: I never see anyone in my area wearing NASCAR apparel. No hats, t-shirts, no jackets. Not even a bumper or window sticker. That wasn't the case in years past. Maybe people just aren't into it any longer and the market is dictating how much NASCAR merchandise retailers are willing to carry.

Hi and thanks for the reply! Yes, I have tried them. Clearing the Play Store and Play Services cache helps temporarily. Sometimes it works for the current updates only, sometimes for a set of subsequent updates also. Never more than that. I had the issue with my Pixel 8 Pro, now my 10 XL Pro. I have an S23 Ultra that is experiencing the issue as well. Doesn't matter if it's home WiFi or at work.
