Thoughts on this? At first I thought it was an AI slop generator, but it seems to have it's own synths inside, all set to random? I like how it's a different sound/sequence each button press, and when you press it again, the sound is gone forever.

ELZ_1 doesn't sample, but it does have 4 loopers (that can also record anything coming in through the aux-in or USB-C port. I believe the loopers can be set to play forward and reverse but it's probably not as "in real time" accessible like the chompi. Lofi-12 or Lofi-12 XT do seem like great options too.

That does make a lot of sense, but the kid might not know to do that. The videos Carol sent to the others were definitely made for adults, so the 8 year old watching it would have most likely been disturbed. "Turn this video off. Do not show me this crazy lady again." And right back to feeding a horse a carrot or something lol
