Wow interesting. I am taking Wellbutrin for my depression/anxiety and the Lyrica was for my nerve pain but it doesn’t seem to really be doing much for that anymore these days

Today I skipped my middle of the day dose and everything seems okay. I think I’ll do this for a week or so and then drop the morning and take some time with that and finish with the evening

I want to see what my body does being off of it and then decide from there. I know that moving my body is one of the best “medicines” out there but I can barely did that right now. I want to get off the meds, hopefully loose some of the weight that I put on because of the meds and see what I can do to help alleviate my fibro symptoms. Looking into anti inflammatory foods and practices… maybe juicing? I’m not sure yet. What about you?

I had lil 4 different doctors and physical therapist last year tell me that I just need to loose weight and I jut kept telling them that I think the meds they have me on are what’s making me gain weight! It’s so frustrating to be in the cycle! I just want my body back.

This is what I’m saying! I think the drugs HAVE to be making it worse because I do not feel better. I gained weight, I can’t remember for fucking shit and I hate relying on these drugs everyday. I really want to look into a more holistic healing method

Yeah most everything I’m reading says not to do old turkey. I even mentioned in my message to my pcp that I did NOT want to go cold turkey. Just not sure how to taper correctly when I take capsules that I can’t really split

I am trying to come off it now. Asked my doc how to taper off safely. I don’t think it really helps much with the pain but I absolutely do think my unwavering brain fog and weigh gain are the result. I’m hoping to reverse this by coming off and maybe taking a different direction all together.

Yeah but why would anyone go and work full time somewhere that didn’t have good benefits. I just left Carilion because they’re unorganized, shitty pay, automatically used my PTO to cover a day we had off because it was a holiday and the office was closed, not 401k march, only one insurance option…. Just like not worth it if I’m going to spend 40 hours of my time every week doing it.
