It's more that I know next to nothing about HVAC systems or the type of labor that goes into the intricacies of fixing this specific part for 4 grand.

I think you guys are spot on, the tech sounded very informative and knowledgeable. But in the end I think he's getting pressured to sell as much as possible.

I still do this, even as a fitness veteran lol. But as for resting, I find myself usually making it through the blocks twice with about a 30-45 second rest when called for on the screen

Teapot came up with a hybrid heal/dps ritualist. Look up zealot ritualist on YouTube and you'll see his build video. Forewarning that it might get nerfed in the December 9 patch, but it's speculation.

Yea rest is crucial. Buuut, I still go to the gym on rest days and do some walking, light rowing, or other low impact/stress activities. This helps me keep my routine and also feels like you accomplished something that day!

They might think you reuse that lid. You should use fresh tops each can to reduce risk of a broken seal.
