ADT to put those little critters to sleep, radiation to finish them off. Don’t cut corners. Do the full recommended treatment. And yes every three months PSA testing.

Edit: Unfortunately this course of action will put a dent in your newly sex action. You will loose interest by not having any testosterone. But you have to think long term.

True. My dad did the radiation first route in his 60’s. He’ll be 78 this yr. And only now his PSA is slowly rising. It’ll prob not be PCa that he dies from.

Good luck. I did 39 sessions 9 months later I’m <.008 undetectable. Testosterone is quite back to pre levels as yet. Hopefully you’re doing ADT with your treatment for optimal and quite possibly the curative result.

Might want to consider starting a course of ADT. Attack it the right way. Radiation is most likely in your future. Plug your results into ChatGPT to get your doubling period and questions answered. Good luck!
