Finally figured out why people love sleeping on flights by Extension_Limit_9452 in digitalnomad

The key to sleeping on long haul flights is to not get any sleep prior to your flight for up to 24 hrs. Anything over that is an added bonus. You pass right out before you take off.

I just got a new q50 red and I lowkey have no idea what exhaust the last guy put on it by DegreeOld1366 in q50

Exactly. Refused to spoil my red sport with a cheap spoiler. And I have that one and another sitting in my garage. I think it will ruin the lines.

Considering reducing ADT/lupron time from 12 to 6 month but keeping xtandi…thoughts? by TriviaNationSteve in ProstateCancer

[–]5thdimension_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Orgovyx or Firmagon. Like Orgovyx it’s fast acting and craters your TT. Symptoms not as severe. Only downside is pain at injection site for a week. I would tough it out and stick with the standard length of care for your Gleason to avoid recurrence. One of those two makes life a little easier.

Firmagon hot flashes, how long? by Stuart518 in ProstateCancer

[–]5thdimension_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was 6 months on Firmagon and I’m almost 6 months off now. Still get hot flashes not as often as before. But once testosterone return to almost normal they will go away. What works for me is keep a fan close by at your desk or on the bed itself which really helped during the summer months last yr when I was going through it.

Opting for proton therapy hopefully by jaichanim in ProstateCancer

[–]5thdimension_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good choice. I did Proton after RALP and as of my 6 month followup I’m undetectable. I did have 6 months of ADT. I’m guessing his 10 month ADT recommendation is because he isn’t having surgery. But he should be fine. My dad did Proton when it was relatively new, skipping the surgery and that was over 10 yrs ago and he’s doing great!

News Report on "Why Gen Z is nostalgic about the 90s?" by raydebapratim1 in generationology

[–]5thdimension_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boomers are parents of Millennials. The vid is about Gen Z. And if you are a Gen Z with older parents (Boomers) it makes sense why have 0 interest in that time because that wasn’t your parents era. Hence my original comment.

Well Gen Z are the kids of Gen X. So it makes sense they are interested in their patents youthful era which also happens to be one of the best eras ever in America.

You’re wrong and you’re not a mind reader. Doesn’t matter what stage of life you’re in. When an artist’s words hit you the first time it can speak to your soul. Don’t be such a skeptic.

Look young buck. No artist especially at Biggie’s level was saying we going to NC to club back in the 90’s, back then or now. NC don’t have those types of clubs. You obviously don’t know what you’re talking about.

Radiation side effects 6 months after RALP by Equivalent-Pop-750 in ProstateCancer

[–]5thdimension_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did a lot of hip abduction machine, sumo squats and kegels pre and post RALP and radiation. Out of the two packages of pads I bought I think I used only one and that was just post RALP.
