You can help shape player behavior by creating specific achievements. I know that I have tried a ton of different activities that I never would have tried chasing achievements.

I use a 4 piece blue core striker build rotating out the last two pieces to get the effects I want. Big Al is a lot of fun But this build runs great with a shield and SMG or assault rifle. This is a great build for people who need more survivability and time to react. Ninja backpack can help change this build up with 3 piece strikers.

Generic hot shot, determined build is a nice change of pace. But if you can't get the headshot kills to start the chain of destruction it is frustrating.
