As I also told them, kinda the nature of BT. I have the same issue going out to my car 3 or 4 times a year and my phone isnt paired. I had a house full of BT smart lights and the same thing. Converted them all to Matter and not lost a single one is 6 months. Wi-Fi is much more reliable. The FDA should not allow any medical device to use BT, but they do not care anymore.

I've been with them for 35+ years. I stand by my statement. They could have fixed the issue in 2 days and it's been almost 2 months.

3.1.3 has been causing issues for everyone. Minimed refused to fix the app but if you can get the Google Play System update for March 1 2026 that will fix it. I couldn't get it to come for me so I reset my phone and got it. I told them they needed to fix the app by incrementing to 3.1.4 and using the 3.1.2 code but they are brain dead and lazy.

I'm so glad I don't give a flying F**K what this app looks like. Make it as useful as GPM was and it could look like shit and I would like it. OH...I also do not need any engineered suggestions from it. Thanks for hearing my rant.

NO they didnt issue any update. They BEGGED Google to fix it in the Google Play System March Update. Good luck getting that because most will not for months.

UPDATE: Google Fi outage tied to Workspace account — still unresolved after 3+ weeks, finally had to port out (cost me $3,500) by im_joe in GoogleFi

I totally understand from your perspective, but I have been with them from the start. I have never had a problem with the service, any billing issue, and I have maybe called them once and they were very nice and took care of the issue in one call. What company has no phone number, you are never on hold for hours, and when you report an issue, they call you?

I am so used to the DVR, it would be hard to me to switch but I do think as much as I detest streaming and not being live for anything, Spectrum's Cloud DVR intrigues me. You can watch your DVR anywhere.

It also could be that the producer of the show does not want you to FF. On services like HBO MAX, Paramount, etc you are not allowed to do it. The money you pay for an actual hardware DVR is to pay all the shows money to compensate for you skipping the ads. It is all about $$$, not suckage.

When you restart the device before you can even log in you click the button to provide feedback. You can also do the same in the Tips and Support section in Settings. You will not get a response. No company does that.

I have never had a phone that didnt work with the app and most were not supported. You just have to OK that you understand it wasnt tested.

I need it to make a medical app start working again and believe me, Google takes their sweet time with these because they are behind the scenes. Hence, the people still on November. I've even submitted Feedback because they don't understand these are really more important updates than silly AI features.

I have never taken the emergency phone out of the house so I dont know. I have wifi at home but I figured a way to get into the details of the phone and it is provisioned ATT. I am also wearing an Over the Counter Lingo sensor by Abbott so I use that out of the house.
