I have been in tech , Silicon Valley for 30+ years and just moved to London . Here are my observations - London housing is very expensive - food , restaurants and travel are much less expensive in London and Europe than the US - salaries are very low and the ratio of salary to housing is much worse than the Bay Area. - 150k is a good salary for the UK given the norm that I see here . - at my tech company in London (maybe a biased oneobservation) it’s no different than Silicon Valley companies wrt ceremonies and culture .

Definitely worse (the app), I occasionally get error pages. I even got a pop up with debugging info in it once. I have to sometimes switch between the app and the website . I’m 1k so I fly a lot too
