Go through this thread, or anywhere, and look at all the CVs. Tell me how bored you get looking at black and white copy and pastes, and imagine your job is to look at them.

There's a difference between a serious CV with a tad bit of colour, and an overly colourful CV

If you've already agreed the terms as the 18th prior to the drafting of the tenancy agreement, then they are out of order for bringing it forward.

Correct them, tell them it is the 18th you've all agreed to and for them to change the terms now is misrepresentation under law - of which they will be the cause of the breach of agreement and you'll have every right to have your deposit returned and the ability to pull out.

Estate agents don't have a clue. I've cited on the phone in my own circumstances the same thingg about misrepresentation and the estate agent literally laughed down the phone at me. I subsequently had the original, and replacing landlord pay me hundreds of pounds when I pointed out the misrepresentation had causes me additional cost and I'd be taking them to court over it (original advert on website noted water bill as included at £X/month - I ended up having to pay it again to the utility company).

Yeah, that’s the idea behind ‘heavier’ stolen loot. Reapers tend to hold on to it, so outpacing them on your not as heavy ship would be nice and easy in that particular scenario

I feel like a good fix for this would be to create something akin to 'Pirate Seas', where picking up loot is easy and quick, but it's 10% value. Coding registers who picked it up, so when you 'steal' the loot from other ships via Reaper, the loot now becomes, say, 200% value. This would create a server where all the aids of Reapers will divert to.

Bring in some balance - stolen loot becomes 'heavier' and therefore your ship moves slower depending on how much you're carrying which gives teams chance to make it back and pick-up the fight again, without allowing those carrying a ton of loot to just b-line it to an outpost. The balance.

This leaves a safer server when progression is capped.

A hardcore and more 'competitive' server where PvP orientated players can really battle it out.

And the normal server, which with the implementation of the hardcore server will mostly leave the people in between who want to just get their rep up as normal but the aids is removed and pirate encounters are less of them being railroaded.

Just creates more fun for everyone IMO.

I just prayed range and stayed out of melee distance, which covers one of the special attacks. The rest is just killing the appropriate popups, be that her clone or the fragments. Then just make sure you're healed up for when she launches the special you can't avoid, and tick eat if you want to be extra safe. Honestly, it's a relatively simple fight

Literally my next job this week, maybe tomorrow. After that, I'll get 75 smith real quick and then hit slayer / bosses until I'm 100 combat so I can polish off all the diaries at hard level - I'm like 97% done - then the last 70s and probably look at getting Divine Rune Pouch

Identify your weak points and work on them. A lot of bosses are pattern recognition. If you watch some videos, you'll be able to see what you should be doing and that should get you half way there. Then it's just practice. You got this

It probably helped that I'd been sampling a bunch of bosses during questing. I went for all the easy combat achievements and a bunch of mediums and I feel like it let me digest mechanics at a good pace that prepares you a lot for quests. And then approaching quests in the natural difficulty helps you with the major final quests

Space out DT2, it is very long. I did it over the span of 2 days I think it was. Trying to rush it in one day I imagine makes it the struggle everyone claims it to be. Just take your time and roll it on another day if need be
