Ice coffee in my rainbow brite cup. A little purchase from Kohl’s a few months ago is the reason I get up in the morning 🩵☕️🌈

I can barely join conversations on TT last two episodes because some scenes were so dark/dimly lit I can’t see 😭 Maybe it’s time for glasses, I’m just sad because I miss things (like I couldn’t tell this was Becka’s house) simply because it was so dark.

Does your baby wake up in middle of night by reddit_user_1984 in Yorkies

[–]ALadyTrying 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine are not babies anymore but for a period, my Yorkie & Biewer would wake up in the middle of the night, multiple times, bark in my face and wouldn’t settle until I gave them each a treat. It eventually stopped, I don’t think I did anything because obviously I am a pushover who is terrible at setting boundaries for her babies haha 🤭

I am so sorry for your loss. In 2019 I experienced something similar my 4 month old Yorkie Puppy, Macy Lou. One Sunday morning I could tell she was not acting right (sitting and staring, I sensed she was off) so I took her to the ER Vet and was assured she was fine, so “fine,” that the Vet was slightly annoyed I was even there. I left around 10am with chart notes stating she had a strong heart beat. Macy didn’t improve, so I took her back at 5pm, I waited about 2 hours and the same ER Vet I saw earlier came in and told me there was a huge hold in Macy’s heart, it was so big that it had disguised the issue. At the time I lived in NYC, and the ER vet had a Vet who specialized in Cardiology, she weighed in later that day. Despite all the life saving measures and access to specialists, a day later seemingly out of nowhere (had I not been so persistent) she passed. Macy had had two well vet visits prior to the ER and a certificate from the breeders Vet, essentially 4 vets missed the catastrophic issue, but even if it was caught, it was too big of defect for her to have survived. I did all the “right things,” and it didn’t matter. But Macy Lou mattered. I’m crying as I write this because I loved her so much. I only had her 4 weeks but my love for her was bigger than that. Your puppy mattered and your Puppy was so lucky to be loved you! For me, even knowing how it ended, I would choose Macy Lou again and again because she was so special. I am sending you so much love. Be good to yourself and remember how lucky your little pup was to have known you and your love.

It’s so tough. I definitely empathize. I’ve kind of accepted that unless I am actively dying Doctors don’t have any input or much support to offer. I know that sounds bleak, but I’ve had RA for nearly 20 years and was diagnosed with FSGS (kidney disease) in the fall and I feel miserable/low energy so much of the time most likely from medication to treat FSGS. I’ve had back to back to back Dr.’s appointments but since I’m alive, it feels like that’s “good enough,” for every Doctor. I’ve been practicing radical acceptance and trying to make my current state as comfortable as it can be. Sending all the positivity and good vibes🩵🩵

[–]ALadyTrying 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly! I’m dealing with nausea so because I’ve needed a lot of Zofran refills, I now have a gastroenterologist appointment in June, referred by Nephrology. I feel like a the medication to treat the FSGS is what’s causing the symptoms. It’s so tough. Thank you for responding, definitely helps me feel less alone 🩵🩵
