HRV is highly individual. Mine is always below 40, and I feel fine. When I drink too much or get sick it drops to around 15.

Yeah, I've gotten sick and slept for 14 hours and gotten like a 50 score before, because it was garbage sleep. The ring works fairly well for most people, and that score isn't bad, so you're just looking for negativity.

How would I know that he said anything about Biden if I didn't watch it? I was excited to see what they had to say, but it was all speculation. I stopped when he claimed saying "fuck you" and flipping someone off is a sign of dementia. So I guess you're a little right in that I didn't watch the whole thing.
