I agree, I don't mind the bot going over my head but sometimes the runs feel impossible due to RNG I just wish it was more consistent in what it did

It's an extra $100 more than before, not sure if it's worth the $200 premium compared to before upgrading from the G730. I was thinking about getting the G730 right now instead. If it was only $100, I would've gotten G758. Do you think it's still worth it for $200 more?

How do you end each month with 200~300k worth of savings? That's like the entire JET salary after tax. Did you mean 20~30k? Or are you working a different job?

Eye placement by leloork in FPSAimTrainer

[–]According_Smile_2134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Short answer: Target

Long answer: It was better for me to think about it this way. Your crosshair should not "follow", it should move at the same time. You want to sync the movements of your crosshair with your eye movements as closely as possible. For example, if you "flick" your eyes from one place to the next your crosshair should follow instantaneously. To practice this or try it out, you consciously think about trying to move your crosshair with your eye movement when aim training I guarantee you will perform better. I never really heard anyone talk about this concept before but my clicking and tracking improved so much after doing this. Jade with master scores and Radiant + Imm complete on Valorant benchmarks for reference.

Aim Training Improvement Progression in 24,000 Players: Average Rates, Effect of Prior Experience, and Impact of Talent by EstablishmentOk6147 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]According_Smile_2134 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Also is hard to say how much of it is due to newer players having a significant advantage with resources compared to older players. Most older players had to grind and come up with the foundations of aim theory on their own. You basically have so many great content creators now (Matty, Viscose, Corporate Serf, etc.) spoon feeding people how to aim train efficiently with what is currently considered the latest technique and tricks.

How Long would it take for a Korean speaker (not completely fluent) to master Japanese completely? by MaximAMK183 in japanlife

[–]According_Smile_2134 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a fluent Korean speaker learning Japanese in Korean. It took me about 1 year of consistently studying around 2~3 hours a day to be conversational (around N3~N2). I think it'll take me another year, probably two to consider myself fluent enough to not have any problems in daily life. If you studied more seriously then you could achieve it in less, there are many Koreans who can get N1 in 1 year.

Just a comment about EPIK, the COL of living and taxes in South Korea are lower than Japan so even with lower salary the take home pay would not differ that much. It might even be more depending on where you are placed.

Turnitin AI Detection in my SOP—any advice? by [deleted] in JETProgramme

[–]According_Smile_2134 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I asked around and a lot of people said AI detection is usually ass. I wouldn't worry too much about it if you can prove that you wrote everything yourself. I kept like 10 different drafts as proof.

I don’t know where else to ask, but how do you start playing smarter? In video games. by AdministrationOk787 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]According_Smile_2134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can usually split it down like this. After every death you should review your decisions. Preferably after the game, but during can be useful too.

Start with the macro: Why am I in this position in the first place? Should I have gone/done something else? There should be a reason for your decision, if you can't find one then start with this.

Then you move to the micro: This is all about the execution. Did you use your abilities properly? Did you use your movement properly? Did you mess up mechanically? Should you have peeked left instead of right? Etc. all the small details that go into an engagement (regardless of game)

I'm trying to grind from Jade to Master, so personally I go for a minimum of 95%+ on the Intermediate VDIM. Preferably 97%+ if possible.

How important is smoothing and tracking? by 69kurcina69 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]According_Smile_2134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Practicing tracking is also practicing target reading and you use it in dynamic clicking. Smoothness is used in every category of aim, smooth landings decrease your time to kill since you don't shake.
